We comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and from the United Kingdom (and Gibraltar) in reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. Pursuant to the EU-US DPF Principles, we acknowledge the right of EEA and UK individuals to access their data to correct, amend or request erasure of data that has been handled in violation of the EU-US DPF Principles. We also affirm that we remain liable regarding the onward transfer of said data to third parties acting as our agents unless we can prove we were not a party to the events giving rise to the damages.
We are subject to the regulatory and enforcement authority of the United States Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”).
